Inspired by a Dream

My mama has always had a dream.

She wanted to open a little shop — something she'd call Short-N-Sassy. And honestly? It made perfect sense. We're both short. We're both curvy. And we have never once been short on personality. (See what I did there?)

For years, the two of us would talk about it. About how hard it is to find things that actually feel like you — things that match your sense of humor, your spirit, the way you show up in the world. Not just clothes, but the mug you reach for every morning, the tote bag you carry everywhere, the little gift you give a friend because it's just so her. We wanted a place that got it. That got us.

Life had other plans for a while. You know how that goes. But that dream? It never went anywhere. It just sat there, patient as ever, waiting.

So here we are.

I'm building Short-N-Sassy Mercantile to finally bring my mama's dream to life — and I'm doing it for every woman who's ever walked into a store and thought, "None of this is me." You'll find apparel, mugs, tote bags, stickers, gifts, and more — all picked because they've got personality. Because you've got personality.

This place is for women who are funny and real and a little bit extra and completely okay with that. Women who don't take themselves too seriously but take their joy very seriously.

We're just getting started, and I couldn't be more excited that you're here.
