We want you to love your Short-N-Sassy Mercantile finds! Because many of our items are carefully curated from small suppliers and fulfilled specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or a change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to help make it right.
