Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Some items may ship sooner, while made-to-order items or products from individual makers may require additional processing time. If an item has a longer processing window, it will be noted on the product page when applicable.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: Varies by destination

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances outside our control may occur.

Multiple Shipments

Because we partner with different makers and suppliers, items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email if tracking is available.

Shipping Delays

Short-N-Sassy Mercantile is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. We will always do our best to help you locate your package and resolve issues.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in resolving the issue.
