Each Kenyan Beaded Pencil Pot is hand-beaded by women artisans in northern Kenya, wrapping colorful glass beads around a sturdy wire form. Use it for pens and pencils on your desk, paintbrushes in the craft room, makeup brushes on your vanity—or whatever little collection of things currently needs a home.
The artisans work with the Northern Rangelands Trust, which supports community-led conservation and sustainable livelihoods in northern Kenya. So tucked inside all that color is a pretty wonderful story, too.
