Ingredients

Loose chamomile flowers, South African rooibos (red bush), peppermint leaves, and natural vanilla flavor.

Directions

Use 1 teaspoon per cup. Bring freshly drawn water to a boil. Pour. Steep 4 to 7 minutes.
